Paint circulation system is the modern method of supplying paint directly from Bulk Store to the Point of Use. We provide Centralised / localised paint re-circulation system with paint kitchen for continuous paint feeding application to eliminate paint viscosity variation, time wastage and manpower.

Paint circulation nowadays is one of the most demanding applications in various industries. Many new high solid paints require constant flow to eliminate settling down of paint. In fact, automotive paints generally require a fluid velocity of 60 min. to eliminate settling.

Paint re-circulation can be achieved by using Double Diaphragm pump or Piston Pumps positioned on Centralised Paint Storage Container with pneumatically operated Agitators, level indicator, suitably connected using Fixed/Flexible Piping with Fluid/Paint regulators on forward and return line with necessary inline filter and pulsation removal chamber.
